The following terms and conditions apply to all visitors to our website and to all VisuALS product sales. By accessing and using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.


All photographs, video files, and written content on our website are copyrighted and belong to VisuALS. No third party is allowed to use, display or re-post any VisuALS website content except with VisuALS’ written consent.


VisuALS Technology Solutions, LLC (“VisuALS”) assembles and distributes communications devices (the “Products”), consisting of hardware components manufactured by third parties, and utilizing both third-party software and VisuALS’ proprietary software (the “Proprietary Software”).


VisuALS products may be returned to VisuALS within thirty (30) days of purchase so long as such products are in like-new condition and in the original packaging. Before returning any Product to VisuALS, please contact 405-574-5452 to receive a return authorization number. Upon receipt of the returned product (including all cords, manuals, and other accessories and documentation), VisuALS will issue a refund to the customer’s credit card or other original payment methods, less a 10% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges in connection with any non-defective Product return.

Any defective Product may be returned to VisuALS (together with all cords, manuals, and other accessories and documentation) for free replacement within thirty (30) days of purchase.


VisuALS makes no warranty regarding (i) any hardware components of, or (ii) any third-party software installed on, the Products. VisuALS will pass through all applicable hardware manufacturer and third-party software warranties to the customer. VisuALS will assist its customers in communicating with the manufacturer to repair or replace defective or damaged products, if necessary, to the extent such manufacturer allows. VisuALS is not responsible for any changes in the manufacturer’s warranty if any.

VisuALS provides a two-year limited warranty and support plan on all of VisuALS’ proprietary software. Customers may call 405-574-5452 for software support relating to the Products.


Except for the limited warranty described herein, VisuALS makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to its Products. VisuALS hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.


VisuALS will not under any circumstance be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of this website or any VisuALS Products. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold VisuALS harmless for any losses, claims or damages incurred by Customer or any other party arising out of or resulting from Customer’s use or misuse of VisuALS Products.

SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these terms and conditions if found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected or impaired in any way.

GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION: Oklahoma law will apply to any dispute or enforcement action relating to these terms and conditions. The parties hereto agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and/or the District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma for all disputes arising out of customer’s use of this website and purchase and/or use of any VisuALS Products.
